Major Gen. Rizwan says Rangers powers not more than ‘piece of paper’

KARACHI: Director General (DG) Rangers Sindh Major General Rizwan Akhtar has said that additional power, granted to the paramilitary force by Sindh government, was not more than a ‘piece of paper’, Geo News reported.
