3 ways to lose weight without even trying


Abuja - We all want to feel light on our feet and look great, but going to the gym or eating like a rabbit isn’t all that great. Here are a few tips from Women’s Health to lose weight without those!


1.    A glass of water before every meal
A glass of water before a meal will keep you hydrated and make you feel fuller so that you don’t overeat!

2.    Make a couple of easy swaps
Swap creamy salad dressings for lighter vinaigrette and eat fresh fruit instead of the dried variety to save on calories.

3.    A dark dessert
Choose dark chocolate as your dessert. It is low on sugar and is an extremely healthy option despite tasting like a decadent treat.
